• Custom Orders All products from Me To Mini are fully customized and made to order based on the photos and details you provide.

• No Refunds or Returns Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.

• Order Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing clear and accurate photos and details. The final figurine is created based on the information submitted.

• Artistic Interpretation While we aim for the highest possible resemblance, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted and artistic process.

• Production & Shipping TimeOrders typically take 7–14 days for production and shipping. Delays due to high demand, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

• Order Changes Changes may only be requested before production begins. Once production starts, no changes can be guaranteed.

• Damage During ShippingIf your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

• Intellectual PropertyAll designs, images, and content on this website belong to Me To Mini and may not be copied or used without permission.
